Kate graduated from the University of Otago in 2010 with a degree in Law and Commerce (majoring in Finance), and was admitted to the Bar later that same year.
Kate joined McVeagh Fleming in 2016 after returning to Auckland from having spent time working in law in both London and Christchurch. Through working in both large and small law firm environments, Kate has gained experience working for private and commercial clients on a broad range of property and commercial matters and transactions.
Kate is part of the Commercial Property Team in the City Office and works closely with Partner, Ross Bedford, in achieving results for their clients.
Outside of the office, Kate enjoys travelling (Africa being her most recent highlight), the outdoors and trying out the newest restaurant open in town.
