Tamela (Tammy) completed a BSc/LLB with a major in psychology at the University of Auckland and a Certificate in Business Studies at Massey University, graduating from both institutes in 2015. She was admitted to the Bar in December 2015.
Tammy joined McVeagh Fleming as a Solicitor in October 2017 after over a year of working as an in-house Solicitor at a trustee services company where she engaged in a broad range of generalised trust administration and succession planning work.
Outside of work, Tammy has varied interests. She enjoys keeping fit and regularly participates in running events. She is strongly committed to the community, and regularly engages in various community activities including volunteer phone counselling and blood donation. Tammy also likes to socialise and spend time with friends and family, whether that be sharing in a movie, travel, terrible jokes or good food and wine.
